MANILA, Philippines - Rain or Shine parades new import Jai Lewis against winless Alaska on Thursday in the Motolite PBA Fiesta Conference at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

Lewis suits up for the Elasto Painters four days since arriving to the country to take the place of Charles Clark III.

A familiar face for the 27-year-old Lewis at Rain or Shine is guard Gabe Norwood with whom he played together at the George Mason University. Their memorable moment came during the 2006 U.S. NCAA when they led the Patriots to a surprising Final Four stint.

The Elasto Painters carry an even 1-1 card and are coming off a heartbreaking overtime loss to the Purefoods Giants in a road game in Batangas City, 94-102.

Alaska however, is definitely not in the mood to give Lewis a red carpet welcome as the Aces will be seeking their first win in three starts in the season-ending meet.

The Aces have absorbed back-to-back losses to begin the conference, including a stunning 90-92 setback at the hands of the Barako Bulls.
